Prayers & Pilates in Grand Rapids has truly blown up, becoming a powerful faith-based Pilates experience that blends physical movement with praise and prayer. Led by @Delightfully_Demi and a close friend @Avalon.Dexter, this welcoming community, open to both men and women, though mostly women, creates a space where caring for your body is seen as an act of worship. Each class brings people together to move with intention, build fellowship and center their hearts on Jesus. More than just a workout, Prayers & Pilates is the best.
